Peytra with bandaid on her leg
Peytra had her 2-month doctor appointment yesterday. She is 23 1/2 inches long, whichis in the 80th percentile, approximately, but her weight takes the cake at 13 pounds, 13 ounces, which is the 99th percentile for her age! All she eats is breastmilk, though, so it’s not like she’s munching on Doritos and brownies while she sits in her bouncy seat.
She also got her first shots. She did not handle them very well. She screamed, and her face turned all red right away. At least she got a My Little Pony bandaid, though. Later on, we could tell she was in pain, so I was able to call the doctor, and Peytra can have half a dropper of Tylenol every 4 hours. She does seem better today, though.
Bennett was there too – 13 lb. 9oz at his 2-month appointment. He’s now 19 lbs at 5 1/2 months
